At Burn The Beans, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Customers in the European Union retain all statutory consumer rights,
including the legal right to withdraw from eligible online purchases
within the applicable withdrawal period.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
You may return eligible items within 20 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In the same condition as received
• Returned in their original packaging, where reasonably possible
Please contact us before sending any return so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

🛠️ Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered,
please contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.
Any request to contact us promptly is intended to help us resolve the issue quickly
and does not limit your statutory consumer rights or applicable legal guarantee.

🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are normally the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error, a defective product,
or we have agreed otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked return shipping method whenever possible.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are normally processed within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For eligible withdrawals, the refund includes the amount paid for the returned goods and, where required by law, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for a more expensive shipping method, such as Express delivery, is not refundable.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
❌ Non-returnable items
We cannot normally accept returns for:
• Personalized or custom-made products created specifically to your instructions,
such as items printed with custom names, text or designs
• Gift cards
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Sale or clearance items are not automatically excluded from returns.
Where statutory consumer rights apply, those rights remain valid even if the item was purchased at a discounted price.
